Hannah is a great communicator that let me know the process so clearly. She can put herself in my position and think for me. I can't rent the property out so smoothly without her help! She is asolutely a star!

Communication style is a bit odd, quick with responses when lrompted, but has failed to notify us of 2 plan changes so far. Professional, turned up on time!

Great communication, always straight into any problems and sorting them with ease. Always thinking ahead and sharing helpful tips, nothing is a problem and you just feel like they’ve got everything under control.
