Incredibly responsive and very professional. There were some issues connecting the power and I felt so bad for taking up so much time and thought that my agent would be annoyed but the phone conversations we had were incredibly positive and she assured me that we would figure it out together!

Our experience with Bayleys has been exceptional. Starting off with Molly (BDM) who quickly picked up our enquiry and was at our house within 24 hours giving us a rental appraisal. Once handed off to Emily (property manager) the positive experience continued! Quick, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have properties in Wellington which are managed by a different agent and so were able to compare competitors, safe to say we’re impressed! Thanks for your work ladies.

Both Louiza and Kelly kept us in the loop with all communication during the move from our previous management company. There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years. This was completed so efficiently and again we knew exactly who had been through the viewings. We are looking forward to working Whittle Knight moving forward.

The team went over and above to arrange maintenance as we are on the other Island! Communication mostly through email has been a breeze Hopefully great tenants -so far so good!
