Had a terrible experience from a Wellington agency a number of years ago only to have Christchurch based Cowdy treat us with kindness and respect which has restored our faith in renting property. Would highly recommend Cowdy and I just can’t say enough of how good our treatment and service has been as the tenants. 10/10
