One of the first things I noticed about William was his relaxed, no pressure presence at the open homes each time I visited the property. Any questions I had (and there were quite a few), William always responded to them in a very timely, and professional manner - nothing was ever a problem. Then, when it came to the negotiating stage, William really triumphed. I couldn't be happier with my new home, and as this was my first time buying property on my own I am grateful for all of the time and effort that William put in and for that, I sincerely thank him.
