Born, raised and educated in Oamaru, Wayne has a great appreciation for all things North Otago, and what this great area and its people have to offer. From the spectacular Waitaki Valley to the diverse cultures and great community projects, North Otago has it all and is a fantastic place to live.
After spending his high school years at Waitaki Boys’ High School, Wayne then pursued a career in the grocery industry, and for the past 30 years had been an integral part of the well-known family owned Four Square supermarket in the North end of Oamaru.
Wayne prides himself on the skills he developed in this industry, including learning the importance of being able to offer outstanding customer service, and realising that being genuine, honest and friendly to people goes a long way in creating lifelong friendships, especially with the customers and families who frequented their store.
Now having taken the step into the real estate profession, Wayne will apply these same skills and offer a professional and enthusiastic experience to all those he works with. Wayne is approachable, dependable and prides himself as being hard working and someone who strives for perfection. His drive and focus is to deliver exceptional customer service, and help vendors reach their price expectations, and purchasers reach their property goals.
In his spare time Wayne enjoys hanging out with family and friends. He is married to Lenore, and has four wonderful sons, who all at some stage, have been members of the Oamaru swimming club, and Wayne enjoys helping out when he can.
