From the outset, Heather impressed us with her transparency and honest approach. She took the time to provide a realistic and balanced account of the property, clearly explaining her thoughts on the property. This honesty helped us make informed decisions and built trust right from the beginning. One of the standout aspects of working with Heather was her communication. She included us in the process of building the marketing package and this made us feel confident in what was being shared about the property. She kept us informed throughout and made sure we understood what was happening. Her updates were clear, accurate, and timely, which made the process stress free. The way reporting within the Orzito website is managed was great and was a real time indicator of how progress was tracking. Heather explained each stage in a way that was easy to understand and was always happy to answer questions, no matter how big or small. Nothing ever felt rushed, and she made sure we felt comfortable and confident before moving forward at any point. Another thing we really appreciated was Heather’s realistic approach.
