She started by coming to see the property while we were renovating it, giving us helpful tips as to how best prepare it for sale, explaining the best marketing strategy and an idea of a realistic price. While it was on the market she regularly kept us updated, and achieved a sale we are happy with in a short timeframe. We have used Vicky in the past as she is a good communicator, easy to work with, and keen to help bring buyers and vendors to an agreement.
