Vicky was a pleasure to work with, she was always responsive and endeavoured to follow up on any queries or actions promptly so that we never felt like we were out of the loop. She felt genuine in all of our interactions and it never felt like she was trying to lead us into anything we felt uncomfortable with. The experience went smoothly and we felt at ease throughout.

Vicky had good knowledge and always responded quickly with the information I needed. She was very obliging with a happy and helpful manner.

We had an excellent experience working with Vicky throughout the purchase of our first home. From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions and guide us through every step of the process. Her communication was outstanding— kept us informed, always quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We never felt pressured and always felt that she had our best interests at heart. Buying a first home can be overwhelming, but her kindness, honesty, and support gave us confidence throughout the journey. We are so grateful for everything they did to help us secure our new home. We would highly recommend Vicky to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you again for your professionalism and for making such an important milestone a wonderful experience!

Great communication, strong market knowledge and very professional.

Vicky has been great throughout the whole process. She started by coming to see the property while we were renovating it, giving us helpful tips as to how best prepare it for sale, explaining the best marketing strategy and an idea of a realistic price. While it was on the market she regularly kept us updated, and achieved a sale we are happy with in a short timeframe. We have used Vicky in the past as she is a good communicator, easy to work with, and keen to help bring buyers and vendors to an agreement.
