We had our house assessed for sale by Tim at least a year ago. He presented us with a ribbon tied box with his assessment inside. It was very professional and impressive. We were not ready to sell at that point. A few weeks ago we decided we were ready to sell and called Tim to sell our house. He has been very professional and his communication has been excellent. He would return calls quickly if we had any questions or were unsure of anything. His previous marketing career skills are obvious when you see his videos and the package he puts together. Once the house was on the market and we were having open homes he would give us a written report weekly, keeping us up todate with the prospective buyers and some of their feedback.
