Despite being an extremely busy person, and I am amazed at her workload, Dynasty was a pleasure to work with. She provided excellent information whenever I asked questions about the property as well as links for me to check out any further information I required. She worked hard on negotiating the price and settlement timeline for 33 Russell Street, despite the inconvenience of the public holiday over King's Birthday weekend when it was least needed. Dynasty was very patient with me when i was uncertain about some things, made especially hard as the house purchase has been necessitated by a marriage break-up. Once we had established that I worked best by email or landline, communication was excellent and professional. I would definitely use her services again, although I hope that I won't need to move from 33 Russell Street for quite some time to come!
