They got us prompt access to the property for building inspection, quickly got us answers from the vendors to the information we needed. LIM, council property bag etc were available promptly. I found they listened and work with us through negotiations to reach an agreement we could live with. We are from the other side of Auckland and became aware of the larger network of Barfoot and Thompsons Pukekohe which supported us during a time crunch and we are appreciative of that too.
