After being sent a listing for a property online, my wife and I arranged for an inspection (which was a bit tricky given we were still in Level 3 lockdown), but Angela met us on-site and showed us through without any problems. For our second viewing, Russell was the same, with both providing great communication and knowledge of the property/market. While the negotiations were somewhat drawn out, Russell kept us fully informed, was responsive and in constant contact, and we were very happy with the communication and level of service provided. We will definitely consider using them when we are looking to sell, although we are so happy with our new home, it probably won't be for a long time!
