My main dealing with Russell was during a phone auction. Where he relayed the information from what was going on in the auction room and obviously bidding. Clearly either Russell was brilliant at his communication or I got caught up in the moment because the auction was won! In seriousness the communication was good and clear as phone bidding is never easy.
