They initially advised on removing excess furniture or arranging furniture in a more appealing way. This was followed up by a very reasonably priced visit from a staging expert who loaned items to us for the sale period. They put a lot of time in to managing the large numbers of potential buyers who came through our house, following up on them and identifying the potential buyers. The Auction process was handled very professionally and we were very happy with the outcome. we were so impressed with the way they worked on the whole process we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
