They initially advised on removing excess furniture or arranging furniture in a more appealing way. This was followed up by a very reasonably priced visit from a staging expert who loaned items to us for the sale period. They put a lot of time in to managing the large numbers of potential buyers who came through our house, following up on them and identifying the potential buyers.
