Homeless! That’s not quite true. We have gone into a Retirement situation due to our health. To this end it was difficult for all involved. However their marketing was second to none. From the outset, a very positive approach in a hard market. The work ethic was continually present, trying to get the dwelling sold. I can only give my best recommendation to this group of people,who have had our best interests at heart.

Angela and Russell had stronge market knowledge and followed up on every road block put in front of them, such as new proposed road nearby etc. Their communication style was open and honest and in person, for the modoraty of time. The only stress we had was at deposit time, our solicitor said we had 3 days to pay it, however we had a lot of calls before the 3 days asking where the deposit was, we still do not know who was correct. Also just a comment about the photos on the property advertised, alot of photos were taken of the vendors bedding, personal stuff etc, instead of the actual size of the rooms, was hard to follow.

As a single person, selling my home was a daunting undertaking but l definitely made the right decision to choose you, Russell and Angela, to help me.
