After several years of contact we decided to go with Russell & Angela to sell and market our property. It was a very relaxing and comfortable expereinces with Russel and Angela. The biggest different between them and other agent is they are PEOPLE focus. The trancition between houses is very stressful but they are providing very wonderful support on each steps on the way. Meaning if it didn't make the sale they were out of pocket I respect them for backing themselves. -They specialize in million dollar plus houses and these are the agents you want to maximize your result. -Angela knows staging, and comes early to open homes to ensure your home looks the best. I believe she made a bed or two when needed. -Not afraid of hard work. - Professional photos and video. Angela made the video focusing on the property, other agents I have seen make it about themselves and their flash car. - Communication is key and Russell excels here! Weekly metric reports, and phone calls immediately after every open home or buyer through. Gives honest feedback to help vendors improve their property. - if you have a property worth over about 1 million it is a must to interview this husband and wife team. Summed up: They'll work hard for you and they are good at it.

Russell in a nut shell is extremely professional. He has a relaxed manner that is informative and not pushy. His colleague and lovely wife Angela is personable again professional and reassuring. Things didn't always go to plan due to Covid ... the communication was constant and much appreciated. The video and open homes run by Angela were a real asset towards marketing the property. We interviewed four Real Estate Agencies to find the best people, for the best fit, for our personalities and the job ahead. We have not been disappointed with our selection. From the start, Russell and Angela were attuned to what we wanted to achieve, and guided us through the process of our first auction with relative ease. Calm on the surface, feet paddling furiously under the water. Communication was excellent. We found their manner professional, but with a relaxing humour to nurse us through a very stressful period. We could not have been happier with the outcome and I think from the group of interested parties at the auction, the maximum possible price was achieved on the day.
