Ralph is a fabulous agent. He goes above and beyond to make things happen. He is very well connected in the local area and was more than happy to introduce us to various organisations to get things done prior to our house going on the market. This included gardeners, builders, plumbers and a building inspection company. To facilitate the sale itself, he even provided the names of three legal firms for us to choose from and ultimately make our own decisions about. We didn't feel pressured at any point to sell or accept an offer that was below our expectations. In fact 3 years ago we listed our house with Ralph and turned down an offer at the time that he managed to secure. At no time did it feel like this was an issue. We had our property on the market for a whole year with very little interest and even less viable offers. Ralph had approached us over this time but we said we need to give the other agency a chance to sell our property before engaging a different agent. Of course nothing changed and we reluctantly took our house off the month. Six months later we responded to Ralph’s approach and his different ideas to promote our house. Ralph always said he would bring buyers to us rather than just hoping they would turn up at open homes. He also asked some searching questions about what we liked about our house and discussed ways to make it more presentable. We discussed a start date for advertising and open homes in late January. However just as Ralph had promised, he was able to bring three qualified buyers as early as mid December, one of which put in an acceptable offer which we were happy to go with. Settlement date was stretched out a little as we were yet to find a new house. A good result overall and very happy with Ralph’s professional and thorough work style.
