We were impressed at the outset by Ralph's knowledge of what was happening in our area, his understanding about our house being a little special and his integrity. He was detailed and helpful in his presentation, and readily available throughout the process, to listen and answer questions. Ralph's focused and friendly approach and his obvious expertise put us at ease with the process right from the start. Our house sold quite quickly and Ralph's planning and great communication skills meant we knew exactly what was going on all the time. When it came to negotiating over the sale price we felt we were in safe hands with his advice and guidance.

We had our property on the market for a whole year with very little interest and even less viable offers. Ralph had approached us over this time but we said we need to give the other agency a chance to sell our property before engaging a different agent. Of course nothing changed and we reluctantly took our house off the month. Six months later we responded to Ralph’s approach and his different ideas to promote our house. Ralph always said he would bring buyers to us rather than just hoping they would turn up at open homes. He also asked some searching questions about what we liked about our house and discussed ways to make it more presentable. We discussed a start date for advertising and open homes in late January. However just as Ralph had promised, he was able to bring three qualified buyers as early as mid December, one of which put in an acceptable offer which we were happy to go with. Settlement date was stretched out a little as we were yet to find a new house. A good result overall and very happy with Ralph’s professional and thorough work style.
