From our first dealings with Pat he was amazing. We asked him to come and do an evaluation on our property. He walked around and gave us advice on what to do prior to listing to get the best price. Probably due to being new, there were some teething issues with the Arizto franchise. However once bought to Pat's attention he acted promptly to rectify them.
