Pat did an awesome job selling our house. He had great knowledge of the area and proved himself to be experienced and professional. His communication is excellent, and he is efficient and reliable. We would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family in the future, in fact we'll be singing his praises. Thanks for all your hard work Pat!
Pat's market knowledge is extensive and to point. No false statements or promises backed up with calm confident delivery.
Pat's a great agent, super helpful and easy to work with. He went out of his way to meet us for viewings and with the paperwork. I look forward to working with Pat again in the future!
This is the second house Pat has sold for us and can say he knows what he’s doing! Expert at every level and handles everything professionally. This house was not the easiest or most appealing to sell and he was able to negotiate us a contract to sell our rental. Will always use Pat to sell our properties! Thanks again Pat
Pat was informative through the process with no surprises. He was respectful of our needs in regards to viewing and open homes. We have nothing but goods things to report during the sale of our home.
We were skeptical about the company, but we noticed Pat started working with them. From there it was a no brainer! Pats reputation is known so it was definitely worth us taking a risk under the new company. There were 2 agents in the area under the new company but we noticed Pat had been achieving premium prices for his sellers so we listed our property with him. 5 weeks later and we were sold for a premium price over another listing on the same street that was superior to ours. Pat Lapalapa is definitely the Agent we would recommend in our area! Straight up, no nonsense, high level of communication and negotiates like a pro. Thanks Pat!
To say that Aristide delivered for us is an understatement. It’s about time the real estate industry had a shake up and these guys are certainly going to achieve just that! The online seller dashboard was amazing, we could see all viewings past and future and all buyers that had come through, the buyers comments and their price feedback too which was instrumental in the eventual sale and our decision. Signing up online and signing agreements online with no stress and no endless initials and signatures, scanning and printing and all that, with Arizto all that is removed and it’s just a simple strategy that works! Could not recommend Pat & Arizto more highly and will definitely use them again!
Pat seemed like he did a good job for us. We thought we would get more but the market had shifted down. Pat was able to push the buyers up to our price and could see they were 'the buyers'. Everything was done to a high standard and a good result achieve. I would recommend Pat Lapalapa to anyone selling their property as he is good value. Cheers Brett Morris Eagle Investments Ltd
Communication was easy and information provided was very clear and to the point. It was very easy to get a hold of him and responses were always prompt. His knowledge of our area was a real bonus and a credit to his experience. Highly recommend
Third property Pats sold for us and never fails! Success rate 100%. I don’t need to say much Pat you demonstrate why you’re a top quality agent. There’s a reason why we continue to use you! Carry on the great work mate and we’ll continue to work with you in the near future!
When we first met Pat you could tell straight away that he was very genuine and wanted to help us. He was honest and up front which we appreciated. We had our house up for private sale for 4 weeks with no luck and no offers. He made recommendations for what to do and we did everything he asked and what an impact it made! First week he had more groups through in such a short amount of time in comparison to having it on private sale just prior. After 4 weeks we have our house sold and can now move on with our plans! Thank you Pat for everything you’ve done you’ve been a great agent from day 1! Would recommend you to any seller that just wants a no nonsense approach to real estate and how to achieve the best result!
Second time selling one of our properties and he’s delivered again. Thanks Pat for all your efforts! We’re glad you have the contacts to help complete these transactions especially in a difficult market. I recommend you to all my friends and family!
