From our first dealings with Pat he was amazing. We asked him to come and do an evaluation on our property. He walked around and gave us advice on what to do prior to listing to get the best price. Probably due to being new, there were some teething issues with the Arizto franchise. However once bought to Pat's attention he acted promptly to rectify them. Property was under a conditional offer before the first open home, Pat worked with buyers to make sure all of the conditions were closed off and the property could go unconditional. Pat always communicated promptly and professionally keeping us up to date with what was happening. We would recommend Pat to anyone.
