Pat is a great real estate agent, and although we knew he was working for the vendor, he still went out of his way to help us. We were first home buyers and Pat was the first agent to help us put an offer in. He did a great job of making sure we understood the process and the agreement, and was always communicative after our offer had been made. As well as this Pat is very friendly, and very accommodating with requests. We had no trouble organising viewings or our building inspection, and he even got us all of the paint colours before settlement. If we ever go to sell we'll be giving Pat a call, and anyone who's thinking about taking Pat on as an agent or dealing with him to buy a house - go for it!
