Pat is everything you want in a real estate agent, knowledgeable, efficient, personable and gets things moving. He really knows the South Auckland market and is able to deliver the goods. I love how he uses technology to make the process easy and quick.
Pat was totally supportive right the way through and adviced us accordingly. He was always available even when he had to take emergency leave and his knowledge of the market and straight up advice put my mind at ease. Totally recommend him!
Pat recently sold our property in Manukau. We were attracted to Aritzo by the fee structure, but also found Pat to be very knowledgeable & liked his no nonsense approach. He told us what the property was worth and work hard to get us that price.
Pat had already given me the time of day years before, when I was considering selling a house. He was unbiased and had my interests at heart. So when we came to sell this house, I knew he was credible. He had changed real estate companies. Even more of a bonus as he was already worth it. The process was longer than I thought but once we got that right price, had offers coming at all once. Pat is always there to help and advise. He is very generous with his time and our house looked immaculate for selling from day 1. I would recommend Pat for his reliability and smooth and very fair negotiation skills. In my case, I know the buyers got an excellent deal too. You can trust Pat.
This has been the worst experience of buying a house in my life and I have purchased many houses, I will never recommend the firms or its agents to any of my friends and hope to never hear about your firm again. Geraldine Watson
Pat is a great real estate agent, and although we knew he was working for the vendor, he still went out of his way to help us. We were first home buyers and Pat was the first agent to help us put an offer in. He did a great job of making sure we understood the process and the agreement, and was always communicative after our offer had been made. As well as this Pat is very friendly, and very accommodating with requests. We had no trouble organising viewings or our building inspection, and he even got us all of the paint colours before settlement. If we ever go to sell we'll be giving Pat a call, and anyone who's thinking about taking Pat on as an agent or dealing with him to buy a house - go for it!
Pat was very responsive in dealing with our queries when purchasing our property. He was very helpful and friendly, and made the process as easy as possible.
Pat is an excellent agent, very hardworking and always willing to help. His work is very professional and he will go out of his way to fulfill all the requests. A young lad who’s very knowledgeable and will get stuff done. This was my first property so did not know most of the legal matters, Pat always helped out when he could and referred me to professionals in matters he couldn’t handle which was very helpful. Friendly and approachable person, very humble and very good at his job. Highly recommended.
I had some difficulties with an unknown unconsented fireplace. Pat went the extra mile and contacted council, lawyers, and people required to resolve this situation. Great result with a good price. Thanks Pat!
We listed our property not long ago and we got the results as expected. Communication was great and the team involved from Arizto is great always kept us in loop. Great work guys keep up the good job and help saving New Zealanders money on commission 👍👍👍 Looking forward to do business with you again Thanks again
Pat was really easy to deal with and secured 2 offers on our property within 2 weeks of going on the market (during a reasonably quiet period). We were very happy with his communication, his honesty and his understanding of the South Auckland market. Would recommend Pat anytime!
