I have been following Pat since he was on the news for advertising a property as "being within walking distance to KFC back in 2017. He was polite, approachable, professional and gave the family a bunch of options to consider before making a decision to go ahead with selling the property. That really showed us that he actually cared about us as people and wasn't just in it for the money. The process was quite scary for us as the home had been in the family for such a long time but he took us through every step of the way with ease.
