I have been following Pat since he was on the news for advertising a property as "being within walking distance to KFC back in 2017. He was polite, approachable, professional and gave the family a bunch of options to consider before making a decision to go ahead with selling the property. That really showed us that he actually cared about us as people and wasn't just in it for the money. The process was quite scary for us as the home had been in the family for such a long time but he took us through every step of the way with ease. I highly DON'T recommend this agent! If you want your first home experience to be unpleasant then go with this guy. Once he done selling the house he's done with you basically. He promised a few things for us and never got them done. He just left the keys on the property and send a text message to go get it. So unprofessional!
