We interviewed three agents and they were the only ones to request a second meeting so we knew they would do this with potential buyers as well. They sourced the documents from the Council so we had time to prepare the property. Of particular benefit to us was the offer of arranging cost effective property maintenance, vital when you are not able to do it yourself. Our property was unusual so despite having a limited buyer pool and Covid Lockdown restrictions they produced genuine bidders for an on-line auction and delivered on the achievement of a sale price we were pleased with.
