Buying our first home was a scary prospect from the get-go. We weren’t really sure what to look for, what to check, or what questions we should be asking before making an offer. After six months of searching and repeatedly feeling pressured to put offers in within 24 hours of an open home, we were honestly starting to dread the whole process. Team Malloy were different from the beginning. They were the first team of agents who didn’t ask us to put in an offer after we’d barely had a chance to look through the property.
