Nicky, Mark & the whole of Team Malloy are a pleasure to work with. Great communication all throughout as well as getting a great sales outcome is just some of the things that make them such a pleasure. We did have some challenging times with 2/3 of the marketing campaign affected by Covid lockdowns, but Team Malloy managed the situation very smoothly and fully in control. Overall very professional not only with the us as vendors but I felt the buyers were very well looked after too, essentially helping them feel comfortable with our house. Can only recommend them.
We chose Nicky and Mark because they worked as a team and had a whole team behind them so you knew they would do what they said they would do. We interviewed three agents and they were the only ones to request a second meeting so we knew they would do this with potential buyers as well. They sourced the documents from the Council so we had time to prepare the property. Of particular benefit to us was the offer of arranging cost effective property maintenance, vital when you are not able to do it yourself. Our property was unusual so despite having a limited buyer pool and Covid Lockdown restrictions they produced genuine bidders for an on-line auction and delivered on the achievement of a sale price we were pleased with. Local knowledge was excellent and we were kept upto date with clear and easy communication.
