Not being from west Auckland We did quite a bit of research into finding the right team to sell our property and couldn’t be happier with ultimately going with Team Malloy. The way they helped us present the property (inside and out), how it was marketed, and their effectiveness in connecting with prospective buyers gives us real confidence that we maximised the sale price. Not only that they made the process simple (eg we weren’t nearby so they managed the completion of all those annoying odd jobs their team did for us), transparent (eg excellent and honest communication) and with their lovely personalities coming to the fore actually made it quite a fun process. Nicky and the team at “Team Malloy” were fantastic, they worked tirelessly throughout the whole process, they really did their homework they knew more about my house than I did. The marketing was second to none, and they organised everything, they even sorted minor jobs that needed fixing around the house, they definitely go the extra mile for their clients. They sold our house in two weeks for a remarkable price in which they worked extremely hard for. From the moment we first met Nicky we knew we were in good hands. We spoke with a few real estate companies given this was our first sale and Nicky was different. She didn’t over promise an unrealistic price to get our business, she was prompt with her communication, did her homework and was friendly and respectful. Not once did she push us to proceed but gave us honest recommendations. Selling a house is challenging letting alone the fact we went into lockdown as soon as we listed. Nicky worked her socks of to find us a good buyers, she kept us in the loop and took away the stress from us. She reiterated that she was available around the clock and was around for any questions we had no matter how silly. She has a great network of tradesmen if required and was polite and professional. If only Nicky was available in South Auckland (that’s where we are moving) as we would use her again without thinking twice.
