From the very beginning, Nicky was incredibly easy to deal with and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Although we only met her once, at our first viewing of what is now our home, communication with her throughout the entire process was seamless. She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely made sure we were well looked after. Buying our first home was a scary prospect from the get-go. We weren’t really sure what to look for, what to check, or what questions we should be asking before making an offer. After six months of searching and repeatedly feeling pressured to put offers in within 24 hours of an open home, we were honestly starting to dread the whole process.
