Two weekends of "open home" schedules and some viewings later, the auction date was set. Nadja sent over valuable buyer feedback after each "open home" weekend which helped set expectations. I highly recommend working with Nadja. She understands the market and what Buyers are looking for. End-to-end took only a full month. No pressure was put on the sell date, but that is how efficiently everything operated. The house sold at a very very good price.
