We initially made phone contact with Lysanne about this property, calling from Auckland. She went out of her way to arrange a face-time tour of this property. She presented this tour very well and, on the basis of what she showed us and spoke about, we immediately booked flights down to check it out in person. She then arranged a private viewing the next weekend and we were able to conclude a deal to purchase within the next few days. The documentation side all went relatively smoothly.
