We bought an investment property through Steve at The Green Team (Arizto) and the whole process was easy. Communication was fast and clear the whole way through — Steve always got back to us quickly, no chasing needed. There were a few things in the paperwork that needed sorting — tenancy details, a few inconsistencies — and Steve just got onto it and sorted it without us having to push. Turned what could've been a stressful process into a pretty straightforward one. He knows the Wooing Tree/Cromwell market well too, which gave us confidence in the numbers. From the viewing through to going unconditional, everything moved quick with no mucking around. Easy to deal with, straight up, and got the job done.
