Kate has been awesome from day one since we found the property until we went unconditional. This is not the first home we have bought through Kate and we have always enjoyed working with her.

Kate went out of her way to assist us in a purchase. We couldn;t make the open home times so she kindly video toured us around the property, answering any questions. She was also patient and helpful as we completed an onlive offer - something new to us. Once we were confirmed as the accepted offer she still went out her way to take extra photos and find documents that our lawyer was asking to see as we were not in the same town to do ourselves. Kate remained bubbly and professional the whole time and we really appreciated her help. Thanks Kate!

Any problems were always sorted in a cheerful and positive way. Kate communicated well . Kate regularly gave us full reports. Kate was able to share enough information about possible buyers that we were kept in the loop at all times as to the current picture. Kate has a sunny disposition which is so helpful when times get stressful , or progress limited.
