Excellent communication with clear expectations and an openness assured me the resulting process and outcome was far more important than just getting a sale itself. Combining fantastic staging, targeted marketing and a proactive strategy gave me 20% more on the sale price above other real-estate valuations. Would happily recommend Keeley and her team to anyone else going through the sale process.
