They are both super efficient, organised and great at what they do, they work hard behind the scene to find buyers. We loved how friendly, knowledgeable and stress free they were to work with. Also communication was so fast - which we really appreciated. Using the Tall Poppy client portal was great and kept us up to date in real time throughout the selling process. They had our house sold within the first week for exactly what we had asked for.

Kate went out of her way to assist us in a purchase. We couldn;t make the open home times so she kindly video toured us around the property, answering any questions. She was also patient and helpful as we completed an onlive offer - something new to us. Once we were confirmed as the accepted offer she still went out her way to take extra photos and find documents that our lawyer was asking to see as we were not in the same town to do ourselves. Kate remained bubbly and professional the whole time and we really appreciated her help. Thanks Kate!
