Lydia was great to work with, through the purchase of our new property and also the sale of of ours. We were kept well informed during the whole process and nothing was a problem.

Lydia was aware that we were looking to sell at some stage in the near future. In a short space of time she had identified a potential buyer who was perfect for us and it was an offer that we couldn’t refuse. This left us looking for a house within a short space of time and Lydia helped us find a house and we managed to settle on a the same date as our sale. If we didn’t have Lydia in our corner I truly believe we wouldn’t have ended up with our dream home. Her coaching and advice in the lead up to the deadline sale allowed us to get us in an unconditional position within a tight timeframe which resulted in us winning our new home. Would recommend Lydia to anyone looking to buy or sell, having a dedicated team definitely contributed to our success!

Lydia was wonderful taking responsibility for contacting everyone necessary for managing everything that needed doing that we couldn’t do ourselves. This meant I could relax and leave it to her. She was very skilled at letting me know what things of mine should disappear and what could be retained. Although the whole team were important to the sale price I cannot imagine anyone working harder to achieve a sale. Without Lydia’s commitment to finding a buyer I do not believe I would have sold my house. Finally she is such a delightful personality and charmed all my neighbours with her lovely interaction with them.

Lydia went above and beyond in the process of getting our house ready for market and the subsequent marketing campaign. She facilitated multiple private viewings at short notice and kept us constantly well informed. She was a great support during the auction process and we felt confident knowing we had her on our side.

Very responsive, had great market knowledge and knew the area well. Provided quick communication when needed and was very friendly and honest.
