Zani and her team have an exceptional knowledge of the Christchurch market. Their guidance from the start of the sales process to the end is amazing. They go over and above to ensure their clients property meets its full potential. This is the fourth time we have hired Zani and her team, and we would strongly recommend them.

We appreciated Dani's clear communication and attention to detail.

Zani was super quick at getting back to use with any info, great at sending reminders on timelines and points to action and just generally easy & awesome to work with. I think both parties were happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

We are so grateful for Elisa’s help in the purchase of our new home. We felt that she genuinely cared about our journey finding a family home. She communicated well. She had a lot of knowledge about the area and was able to give fair ideas of pricing. She was supportive without being pushy. Being a young family trying to buy into a competitive area we had many experiences of agents being condescending or even rude - Elisa was not like this at all and her open non-judgemental nature is a true asset. I recommend her very highly to those buying, but I also think that her skills would be great when selling property. I first met Elisa when she was selling a property in the area and she had a great outcome for the seller whilst being very respectful to potential buyers - this is a hard juggle and she nails it. Thanks Elisa!

Helpful suggestions re dressing the house; always responsive and nothing a problem, and very courteous towards neighbours.

Eliza showed considerable sensitivity in dealing with our family’s unique set of circumstances. She was always quick to answer questions, even after hours and on weekends. Throughout the sales campaign, detailed reports were sent after every open day, keeping us informed about all levels of interest. Eliza’s commentary on these reports gave us great confidence that all was on track. Her expert advice proved to be spot on as we achieved a fantastic result.

Cameron Bailey has once again demonstrated why he stands out in the New Zealand property market. In a climate where many regions are struggling and values are under pressure, Cameron delivered an exceptional result for us — securing a sale at a very strong price without ever taking the property to market. This outcome speaks directly to his professionalism, his network, and his ability to match the right buyer with the right opportunity. Cameron’s approach is measured, strategic, and grounded in a deep understanding of both market sentiment and buyer behaviour. He navigated the process quietly and efficiently, protecting the integrity of the tenancies while ensuring we achieved a result that exceeded expectations. What impressed us most was his ability to generate genuine value in a market where that is increasingly difficult to find. Cameron’s judgement, communication, and commercial instincts were evident throughout, and the final outcome reflects the calibre of his work. We are extremely pleased with the result and grateful for Cameron’s expertise. He delivered exactly what we needed: a premium outcome achieved with discretion, clarity, and professionalism.

Working with Cam Bailey and his incredible team at Harcourts Gold was a complete revelation. It’s just so easy to see why they’re number one — the professionalism, precision, and energy they bring to every aspect of the process is extraordinary. Our auction result speaks volumes. Cam achieved an incredible $510,000 above what our previous agency had presented to us! When you engage Cameron Bailey to sell your property you are given a masterclass in real estate. The entire process was seamless, strategic, and beautifully executed. Put simply - the absolute best in the business.

Mary's professional experience showed in her attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate market. Mary's delivery was aided by a supportive administrative team and skilled Harcourts Gold auction staff. Mary was positive about our house from the outset, and we appreciated the progress reports from Mary during the well managed open homes.

We had an outstanding experience selling our home at 16 Brenchley Avenue, and we can’t speak highly enough of Mary. From day one, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for us. Mary's understanding of the local market was clear in the way they positioned and marketed our property. The communication throughout the entire process was great — we were kept informed at every stage and felt completely confident in her guidance. All in all, a very pleasurable experience in what can be a stressful process.
