Thank you both for helping to make our journey successful and as easy as possible.
We have known Lisa and Wayne for a number of years and when we decided to sell didn’t think of any other agents. For our delight they worked very hard and the journey was awesome. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we got the maximum value for our property. Thank you Lisa and Wayne.
We put our trust in Lisa and Wayne. They were great. Lisa was very good at showing the house and Wayne put us at ease at the auction. They both were very professional and we would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house. Thank you so very much.
We had an amazing experience with Team Parfitt guiding us through what is a stressful and anxious time, during which Wayne and Lisa guided us with patience, empathy and a strong understanding of what was required to successfully complete the sale of our home. At all times Team Parfitt acted with the utmost integrity and professionalism which we found very reassuring.
I would totally recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell. They went above and beyond. Their advice was clear and right on. They helped us find our new home and smashed it in the Auction. Best agents ever!

Their communication skills are outstanding, making every interaction smooth and informative. What sets them apart is their willingness to collaborate with other agents, regardless of where they are from, which fosters a positive environment for all parties involved. They went above and beyond to resolve a complicated issue we faced before we could even list our house on the market. Despite the challenging market conditions, they managed to lead us to a successful outcome. I highly recommend Lisa and Wayne Parfitt to anyone looking for diligent and effective real estate agents.
We met Lisa and Wayne at one of their open homes a few weeks ago. We were very interested in one of the homes they were showing. Both Lisa and Wayne were incredibly helpful, kind, and polite each time we went to the open home. They provided lots of information, advice and guidance as the auction date got closer. Wayne even assisted us during the auction, which was amazing as auctions can be incredibly stressful. With Wayne's guidance we managed to buy our dream home. Thank you Wayne. However, now it was time for us to sell our property. We chose to partner with team Parfitt due to their knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism and their engaging, kind and relatable personalities. They made the entire process as easy as possible, meeting with is at times that suited us best, talking us through the process and bringing the campaign to life with their excellent marketing strategies and energy. Needless to say the campaign was a huge success. We got a great price for our property within two weeks as we had nearly 100 people come through our home. Even through this tumultuous property market we are in, Team Parfitt managed to bring it home with an amazing outcome! Thank you Wayne and Lisa for everything! We are incredibly grateful to you both.
Lisa and Wayne are both professional and approachable. We have deliberately asked them to sell two properties as they know the market well and offer sound advice on how to market our properties. As a result, we could sell the properties for a reasonable price. They are experienced, ethical, and empathetic. We will certainly use Lisa and Wayne again if we sell properties and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Lisa and Wayne are outstanding. They guided us through selling our house. Lisa with her eye for detail, knowledge of the area, and Wayne's reassurances throughout the process. They both went the extra mile to help us reach a price that we were looking for. It has been a pleasure working with Lisa and Wayne throughout this process.

Lisa and Wayne made the selling process a breeze. They were both very organised and professional and were prompt with all communication. They have excellent knowledge of the local market and could answer any questions I had. At the time of selling I had a lot going on and Wayne and Lisa helped to make the process stress free and smooth. Highly recommended.
