The marketing plan set out by Lisa & Wayne to sell our home worked to perfection. A brisk 3 week campaign culminated in the successful sale of our property at auction. Their professionalism, expertise and long standing knowledge of the area was invaluable. Keeping us fully informed at every stage of the sales process, gave us confidence we that had entrusted our property to the best agents. We would have no hesitation in recommending them both.

We cannot fault Lisa and Wayne. Their knowledge, expertise and support with regards to getting our home on the market was second to none. Feedback was professional, honest and well informed. Their market knowledge of Northpark and their client base was and is spot on. They strategically worked the floor at auction along with the auctioneer and their manager Tracey enabling us to achieve an excellent result. We have been asked time and time again how it went for us and our discourse has reiterated “we cannot fault the Parfitts”.

Very helpful during a difficult time

Lisa and Wayne are well known in the Golflands, Northpark, Meadowlands area and obviously have extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate market in these areas. They were resepctful of the fact that we were selling our recently-deceased Father's home and gave us the space we needed prior to deciding to list for us to make the decisions we needed to make. During that time they provided any information we needed without being "pushy" to get the listing. Once we had listed, Wayne's weekly feedback sessions were comprehensive, informative and insightful. Throughout the whole process we defintely got the feeling that they were working for us, not the potential purchasers, and were focussed on getting a result for us, even if that meant the house was sold by another agent (or even another Company's agent).

Lisa was an excellent communicator from the outset. Her professional attitude and calm manner made the process of selling the home much less stressful that it could have been. Lisa and Wayne did a tremendous job in selling the house. I have no hesitation in recommending them for their professionalism, market knowledge and communication. The whole package including advice, the styling, new carpet, marketing campaign was very well done. They worked hard to get a great result at a challenging time. I particularly appreciated the extra effort they made to keep me updated and clinch a good result.

With my background in education and work, I enjoy research and analysis. Before selling my house, I compared three highly-rated real estate agents from different agencies, age groups, genders, and ethnicity. Despite English not being my first language, I ultimately chose Lisa and Wayne. During initial discussions, I asked all agents the same questions. Lisa stood out by directly addressing my key concerns. She demonstrated a deep understanding of client needs and personalized her approach rather than relying on generic sales tactics. Lisa’s emphasis on reputation and success, rather than just making money, strongly aligned with my values. She didn’t shift blame when sales didn’t go as expected but provided objective explanations. Every vendor faces the risk of an unsatisfactory sale, and nobody wants to end up being blamed by the agent.I valued her honesty and professionalism over excuses. Her firmness in her expertise was valuable. As a strong-willed person, I appreciated that Lisa was equally assertive, ensuring I didn’t make poor decisions in unfamiliar areas. Her persistence was not about persuasion but about securing the best outcome based on realistic assessments. During the marketing process, Lisa and Wayne maintained regular progress updates with me, continuously refining the marketing strategy.
