I love working with people and building lifelong relationships with all my clients. I have an easy going nature that enables me to get on with people from all walks of life. I am friendly and approachable, but also professional, efficient, solution focused and well known for thinking outside the square. I have integrity and a tenacious attitude, being prepared to exhaust all avenues to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.
I have great insight into the building side of things having family involved in all aspects of the building trade, and having built several homes myself; this enables me to understand the processes around permits and consents which have become a pivotal part of ‘Next Generation’ real estate.
Prior to entering the real estate industry I worked for both private and public sector, having worked in property law and conveyancing. I also have an extensive background in major events and office management. I was responsible for the organisation and hosting of all our international VIP guests and players to New Zealand during RWC2011. A career highlight was being presented (along with the All Blacks) to the Queen & Duke of Edinburgh, during my time working for Tourism New Zealand.
I have sold properties across the greater Wellington region, Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa but specialise in properties mainly from Tawa to Pukerua Bay. I am a keen fishing kayaker, play competitive tennis, and as a youngster represented New Zealand in swimming.
I am a genuine people person, who combines a friendly and relaxed style with an exceptional work ethic and professionalism. I will go the extra mile and you will not find a better person to team up with to achieve an exceptional result whether you are buying or selling.
