Glenn and the team accepted the task of selling my late mothers property. Being based in Wellington, and the property located in Auckland, we needed someone that was hands on and was willing to sort the whole process out end to end. From the first meeting with Glenn he made everything clear and recommended a concise plan of action. Glenn was able to call on his network to get the property ready for sale. Everything was done to a very high standard and was delivered on time, to the quotes that were agreed. All through the process Glenn would provide regular updates and kept us informed / appraised of developments. Despite the very tight property market, Glenn was able to call on all his years of industry experience to close out a deal for us. Glenn took the stress out of the whole situation and for that we were very grateful.

Although I hate to leave wonderful New Zealand, Glenn (and also Maree Taylor) have done everything I could have hoped for to make the experience of selling my house pleasant and as comfortable for me as possible. They have been good friends as well as good agents and kept me informed with each step in the process. Thanks to them it all worked out in the end.
