Ganesh was easy to deal with , he communicated well and got the job done within the timeframe set. Also he helped with organising work needed to satisfy the buyer. Didn’t quite get the price expected, however very happy with the job done by Ganesh. Thanks
Ganesh was super fast at selling our house, he made it extremely easy, and hassle free, he kept us up to date all the way, he was a pleasure to work with AAA+++
Ganesh is one of the best agent I have ever known. I don't know how to say in details that how excellent he is as a real estate agent, I just know that he has won my 100% trust. He has created several sale miracles for me. Of course, I will ask him to be my agent to sell my next properties again.
Ganesh and Adrija were amazing during the sale process, every step of the way they keep us informed of developments and the advice they gave was perfect. I have no doubt that it was Gasesh's enthusiasm and market knowledge that resulted in a sale that was beyond all expectations that we had.
Shars and I felt very comfortable with Ganesh, from our first meeting he was very helpful and answered all of our questions, he was very accommodating when working with our builder. The process went pretty smoothly, we would happily work with Ganesh again although I suspect that won't be for quite a few years.
Ganesh was easy to work with and well informed about the property. He was always willing and eager to help answer any questions we had or speed the process up as much as he could and made the house buying process simple and enjoyable for us.
Ganesh walked me through every step thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about selling my home. The market at the time had a lot of properties to sell, so the fact it took just two weeks to sell my house speaks volumes about Ganesh’s ability.
Ganesh acting as a diligent agent during the purchase of a coastal property recently. His communication was faultless, we felt that our preparation was being relayed to the vendors and that all parties were being kept in the loop with regards to the stages of negotiation. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Ganesh if I was looking to see my property in future.
Ganesh delivered all that he said he would. Good communication, frequent updates and a thoroughly professional attitude. I would happily recommend Ganesh and his wife to prospective clients.....
We found Ganesh Rout to be outstanding real estate agent from Harcourts. Any problem that arose was met with a solution, and we could trust him as we were out of the country at the time it was sold. His level of commitment, professionalism and integrity is unsurpassed. He and his wife are a fantastic team. They will work as many hours as it takes to get the job done. He will definitely be selling our next house!
Ganesh was excellent in his dealings with the recent purchase of an additional student rental property. He quickly identified that I could be potentially interested in the purchasing of this property. He had back up information available and was very prompt and efficient in all dealings and communications. Ganesh was very honest and made the whole process straightforward even though there were negotiations required for building repairs as part of the final agreement. I would not hesitate to recommend Ganesh to anyone interested in using his services.
Ganesh and his wife were very eager to help with any issues and maintained great communication with us as we are out of town.
