Ganesh is very professional, helpful and a committed agent. He works really hard to get the best value for your property - Definitely an expert in Dunedin area! Despite the tough circumstances created by Covid-19, Ganesh still managed to generate fierce competition for the property and brought in multiple offers, and got my property sold quickly. I will definitely work with Ganesh again in future and highly recommend him to others. Thanks a lot Ganesh.

On Friday the tenants were gone. Amateur landlords Tony and Marty flew in from the Coromandel and painted, bogged and supervised tradies on brief renos and renewed aquaintence and set evil plan for sale in place with Ganesh on Sunday. Tradies and us all gone by Weds and so was Ganesh for a wedding in India - yeah, thanks mate. Thursday was staging day, Friday photography, Sunday Open Home and Monday SOLD unconditionally for a better than expected price! So thanks Ganesh. Your cheerful professionalism and controlled speed worked for us. You set it all up superfast and your finger was on the pulse even from the other side of the planet. Cheers, Tony & Lorraine Milne
