As someone based in another city with a hard to sell listing, it was important that I found someone I trusted to take on my property and produce the outcomes I wanted. I was recommended to use Ganesh and his team through a few different people on the basis that they have a reputation for being incredibly trustworthy and hardworking. I think anyone can sell an easy property but it takes a really good agent to sell a hard one in a short amount of time and still attain a favourable outcome in a less than ideal market. Ganesh was tenacious from day one. He never gave up, stayed committed throughout the entire process, and always followed through on what he said he would do. He worked tirelessly alongside his team, keeping me informed each step of the way, and continued to push forward even when things became challenging. His market knowledge, negotiation skills, perseverance, professionalism, and work ethic is exactly what you want out of a real estate agent, I couldn't recommend him and the team more highly.
