I was very doubtful about employing a real estate agent, however after taking sound advice I was recommended to talk to Ganesh and from there I had a change of heart. I was so impressed by the presentation pack Ganesh sent to me (best ever from any agent I have dealt with, and that's a fair few) that I thought why not give this guy a try. From start to finish Ganesh never ceased to astound me, delivering on his promise to get my investment sold.. It was unfortunate that I could not be in the same city, however Ganesh kept me fully informed of the progress and took all the worry I had away. This gave me total confidence that I was dealing with a trustworthy, professional individual and has instilled in me an experience I will never forget. Thank you Ganesh for all your hard work and getting me a great top result on auction day, you are a legend and a great asset to Harcourts.. I will be recommending you to all in Dunedin who have a house to sell, you and your service are amazing.

Ganesh went above and beyond all expectations to help us through the process of buying our first home. We are very grateful to him and his wife for making it as easy as possible and we would recommend them to anyone.

Ganesh was great to deal with, he made a potentially stressful process an enjoyable one. He kept me well informed every step of the way, was always readily available and had a genuine care for my best interests as a first home purchaser.

We appreciated his enthusiasm and interest in helping us and his knowledge of the local market gave us confidence that he could sell our property. Ganesh understood that we wanted a quick sale so he had the listing online within two days and the first open home three days after we first spoke to him. The sale was concluded in just over a week, to everyone's satisfaction. He was flexible, available when we needed him, and communicated well. We are very happy to recommend him.

Purchasing or selling a house can ultimately be one of the biggest financial steps you can take in life and although it should be a rewarding experience it certainly can end up being very stressful. I cannot speak more highly of the quality of service that I was given by Ganesh who was fantastic to deal with and kept me informed every step of the sometimes stressful process. I would definitely recommend you to any of my friends and colleagues if they are in the position of buying/selling as having an agent who is market knowledgable in all things “house” makes the process so much easier.
