When I needed an extension for my finance condition during the stressful Christmas period, Ganesh helped me keep a calm head and get everything I needed sorted.

I have had purchased, renovated, built and sold many properties of varied characters and potential, in several countries, for several decades now. I did really well on every single property. But nonetheless, wasn't comfortable selling a property (in New Zealand) from overseas (Canada) without getting involved locally (which wasn't possible due to covid pandemic) So with no option left, I did my due diligence and found a husband-wife team (Ganesh & Adrija Rout) with a great track record as real estate agents. Meticulous and market-intelligence based selling strategies devised by these two... instantly earned my confidence in them. I'm more thankful to covid than Ganesh and Adrija though. Because it wasn't for traveling restrictions owing to Covid; #1 I would have not found Ganesh and Adrija #2 I would have got involved myself and would not have given these two a free hand and would have missed out on tremendous gains ! Do yourselves a huge favor. Don't just trust Ganesh and Adrija, but give them a free hand too. They will look out for your interest, better than you !
