I had a smooth, pleasant experience dealing with Chris when purchasing that elusive home I had been looking for. Chris is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very responsive. He also cares about his customers - even after the sale when the transaction has been completed. When I moved in I realized the vendor had mistakenly left his old fridge at the property. I had ordered a new fridge which was to be delivered  the next day so I had to get rid of the old one. I called Chris and he immediately made a plan. He assured me that if the vendor couldn't remove the fridge in time, he would come do it himself! Two hours later the fridge was gone.

Chris was very engaged in the process to sell our apartment. The only headache was the process for "virtual" buyers, since my husband was working remotely, and my work had restrictions on personal mail. Especially when we had to amend and re-sign the PDFs a couple of times. Therefore, my recommendation is having a better electronic agreements management tool, such as docusign for Lowe & Co.
