I felt very confident in Chris' knowledgeable, friendly and capable hands. Selling a section has very different requirements from a house. Chris understood the builder and developers perspective as well as getting the best he could for us the vendor. There were a number of issues with the section as the services needed to be approved as well as any house building. So it made all the difference to us who are not living anywhere near the section to have Chris dealing with the buyer and understanding his problems, whilst steering the project on through.
