We have been very lucky with our property sale and purchase events. We are in good communication with the new owners for here and it is very warming for us to see a couple who we feel will fit in well with the neighbourhood. Our tenure here for the 28 years has been a wonderful time in our life. Looking back, it is over 18 months since we met up with Andy for the first purchase try at 15 Longitude. For an event to be achieved, you always had to have a couple of “back up” plans as for some unexpected reason, more particularly a communication failure, things just didn’t happen as planned. We found team Cooling to be very hard working, nothing seemed a problem, Shona worked hard behind the scenes making sure all the details were attended too, I was particularly fussy getting all the photos that I wanted perfect, I was never made to feel like I was a nuisance and the end result was exactly as I envisaged.
