We first met Richard at open homes, during our year-long search for the “right” house to downsize into. To start with, we were struggling to figure out what we really wanted. Richard was always cheerful and helpful although he knew this wasn’t the one. Then one day, there it was! Richard put the time in to show us around. But it was lockdown, auctions were by phone and we needed help. He laid out a clear approach to the purchase, and, yippy, we were successful! Then the hard work started – moving out, preparing our current house and getting it on the market within 2 weeks, a quick campaign and then to auction. Throughout this process Richard clearly laid out the options, and once we selected an option he kept us well informed. During this 5 weeks of action, we were eternally grateful for Richard’s help, reassurance, honesty and that cheery smile to keep us going. He always made us feel we were his Number One clients. Now it is us with the big smile as we settle into this downsized new life.
