Richard was truly superb and outstanding to work with. Most would believe that a realtor is on the vendors side, and never the buyers and if this was the rule, Richard would be the exception without jeopardising the best interests of the vendors. Richard was very professional yet easy going, great with touching base and following up yet not over-bearing or pushy. I really appreciated his can-do attitude - the number of times he responded with "leave with me and..." and then he would work his magic. He really made the whole process of purchasing really smooth and easy, and made it enjoyable which is another valuable trait of his.
